All you need to do is visit Bluff My Call and enter the phone number you will be using to place your call, the number to call, a new caller ID that you want seen on a caller ID and then hit submit. Once done, you will be provided an access number to dial from your home or mobile phone after which you have to listen to a short ad and then your call will be connected.

You are also given an option to change your voice or record your voice but these features require an account registration.
