y-sms TechRepublic included this TextMessagePlus 4.1 under its SMS tool category and wonder if this is really a cool SMS tool. The tool is said to have the capability of sending mass text message (SMS) alerts to one or multiple (blaster/bulk) cell phones from a desktop via the Internet and it is not necessary to know what their cell phone carrier is. The tool is also said to be useful for schools, groups, organizations, clubs, offices, or any one that needs to instantly send a message to multiple people. No cell phone is required to send messages. It has its own address book for ease of use. Supports most major world carriers.
