Bluff My Call is offering free phone spoofing. All you need to do is visit Bluff My Call and enter the phone number you will be using to place your call, the number to call, a new caller ID that you want seen on a caller ID and then hit submit. Once done, you will be provided an access number to dial from your home or mobile phone after which you have to listen to a short ad and then your call will be connected.

You are also given an option to change your voice or record your voice but these features require an account registration.

A 2 minutes call is currently available for free in the United States and Canada.

Note that phone spoofing has been regarded as a form of fraud and is considered illegal in some countries.
