Issues with keyword occur mostly if you don’t specify book or movie. if you send 56677 book book_name or 56677 movie movie_name it hardly ever occurs. One more thing you can check out reviews from the same service online too on http://rbag.in and http://m.rbag.in (later for mobiles)
